Your vehicle record is personal.

Wqoodi collects only the information needed to provide accounts, keep vehicle records, protect the service, measure optional usage, and support advertising on the public homepage.

• Account and authentication information, including your phone number, verification status, session identifiers, IP address, and browser or device user agent.
• Vehicle information and the fuel, expense, maintenance, odometer, vendor, station, receipt, and note details you choose to save.
• Technical and security records such as timestamps, authentication attempts, rate-limit events, errors, and service logs.
• Optional analytics events after you allow Analytics, plus advertising cookies, local storage, device identifiers, and ad interactions when AdSense is active.

We use information to authenticate users, maintain vehicle histories, calculate summaries, deliver reminders, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, understand optional usage analytics, display and measure homepage advertising, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not send your phone number or verification code to Google Analytics.

Wqoodi relies on service providers that process information only to perform their services.

• Taqnyat receives your phone number and verification request details to deliver and verify one-time passcodes.
• Database, hosting, infrastructure, and logging providers process account, vehicle, session, and technical data to operate and protect Wqoodi.
• Google Analytics receives limited usage events only after you choose to allow Analytics through Wqoodi’s separate analytics setting.
• Google AdSense may receive cookies, local-storage data, IP addresses, device identifiers, page information, and ad interactions to select, deliver, secure, and measure ads on the public homepage.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on visits to Wqoodi or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize and measure ads, subject to your region, account settings, and consent choices. Wqoodi uses Google’s Privacy & Messaging controls for advertising choices where configured and legally required.

You may decline or reopen Wqoodi’s Analytics setting at any time. Where Google’s consent message is available, you may consent, decline, or manage advertising choices and later reopen those privacy controls. You can also adjust personalized advertising through Google Ads settings.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your Wqoodi account information, email hello@wqoodi.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.

We keep account and vehicle information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Some records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or backup recovery. You may request account deletion using the contact details below.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect Wqoodi data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

We may update this policy as Wqoodi, its providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the latest version.
